If DBMM filings are uploaded and amended on their own SEC EDGAR...why would

the SEC say they're not???? I mean they could say that back in 2017 but the

last 4 years have been nothing short of DBMM consistently and compliantly

filing. Its on SEC EDGAR...are they not a viable source...EH...LOL!!!
