Any filing is received and recorded. It’s part of the record. It DOESN’T mean that the SEC is in full agreement with everything in it!

That’s why you see original filings, in some cases followed by amended filings of the same period. A 10K followed by a 10K-A. Same 10K, only with (hopefully) the changes requested.

DBMM had SEVERAL amended “Super 10K” filings, following the original. And they STILL couldn’t get it right!!

Face up to it. DBMM is still considered non-compliant by the agency that DECIDES if companies ARE compliant.

It’s right there in black and white.

It’s irrefutable!

The 'latest' filings are not the problem. Its the 3 years when they didnt file. They submitted filings that were incomplete for a few reasons. They corrected some but have failed to submit quarterlies for those years, which are required. The company is claiming the super 10k covers it, but it doesnt.

Clear enough?

Linda is holding things up for a few pieces of paper and some ink. Sounds like a Harvard class to me.
