We know that the comprehensive filings made by DBMM were submitted and subsequently called inadequate, materially deficient and non-compliant by the Div of Corp Fin’s.

Yet THOSE are listed in EDGAR.

Noooo. That dog WON’T hunt!

The latest and greatest LAST public filing (brief) by the Division of Enforcement unequivocally states that the Div of Corp Fin’s considers DBMM non-compliant in their financial statements.

The ONLY opinion that matters is that of the Div of Corp Fin’s.

And it’s CLEARLY STATED!

There’s absolutely no way around it!
