None of them explains to me how "no news = sell off" is nonsense.

So please, I love to learn, describe to me how the period of no news between May 12 and now, and the correlated 40% price drop in that time period, is not a sell off. Because that logic must be outlined in a doctorate level course I haven't taken yet.

Stock price is irrelevant. The 'stock price' only measure the last reported sale of a security (although it is possible there was no actual sale). For instance, a little over a year ago there was a purported trade for under $0.01. So is it fair to say that under Linda Powers's leadership these past 14 months or so the stock has risen more than 10,000%? Of course not. Similarly, unless you have some evidence to the contrary, I am not aware of anything to suggest any actual selloff by investors. In fact, many here seem to be buying and I know that I have bought more over the last 6 months. MMs and shorts manipulate stock prices through a variety of means, few of which involve any actual selloff of shares.

Ok if you insist

A sell-off occurs when a large volume of securities are sold in a short period of time, causing the price of a security to fall in rapid succession.

https://www.investopedia.com/terms/s/sell-off.asp

a. The SP drop you speak of is not a sell-off for it had run too high too soon in Oct/Nov last year. The reason for the fast run up back then was IMO shorts getting squeezed. The run-up to the last 2.1 was a speculative bet. The drop back where to a market cap where it is more suitable given the circumstances NWBO is in and the market it is traded on. So not a sell-off but a correction back from an x2 too fast run-up.

b. Given the definition of a sell-off the SP did endure a sell-off for it was not sold in large volume in a fast dump in a short period of time but again rather got back after 2x speculatives highs.

So no sell off

The long list to answer your question also includes LUCK on some short term events and many many many more relevant aspects to valuation of individual stocks. The majority of the listed aspects of this stock have been discussed here over and over. Just because they have been explained... or you take the Doctorate course... don't mean you will understand or use the information effectively with your stock purchases... all that makes a market.

Notice that complaining about management is not on the list...
