None of them explains to me how "no news = sell off" is nonsense.

So please, I love to learn, describe to me how the period of no news between May 12 and now, and the correlated 40% price drop in that time period, is not a sell off. Because that logic must be outlined in a doctorate level course I haven't taken yet.

Stock price is irrelevant. The 'stock price' only measure the last reported sale of a security (although it is possible there was no actual sale). For instance, a little over a year ago there was a purported trade for under $0.01. So is it fair to say that under Linda Powers's leadership these past 14 months or so the stock has risen more than 10,000%? Of course not. Similarly, unless you have some evidence to the contrary, I am not aware of anything to suggest any actual selloff by investors. In fact, many here seem to be buying and I know that I have bought more over the last 6 months. MMs and shorts manipulate stock prices through a variety of means, few of which involve any actual selloff of shares.
