Ok if you insist

So please, I love to learn, describe to me how the period of no news between May 12 and now, and the correlated 40% price drop in that time period, is not a sell off. Because that logic must be outlined in a doctorate level course I haven't taken yet.

A sell-off occurs when a large volume of securities are sold in a short period of time, causing the price of a security to fall in rapid succession.

a. The SP drop you speak of is not a sell-off for it had run too high too soon in Oct/Nov last year. The reason for the fast run up back then was IMO shorts getting squeezed. The run-up to the last 2.1 was a speculative bet. The drop back where to a market cap where it is more suitable given the circumstances NWBO is in and the market it is traded on. So not a sell-off but a correction back from an x2 too fast run-up.

b. Given the definition of a sell-off the SP did endure a sell-off for it was not sold in large volume in a fast dump in a short period of time but again rather got back after 2x speculatives highs.

So no sell off
