I honestly don't know if being on NASDAQ changes anything, but I don't think so? With that, the past 2 10K/Fiscal year end reports were issued 9/27 & 9/14 with no issues that I recall.

Good thing nobody is talking about the Q1 report due on 8/30 for period ending 6/30!
