Seems like begging for an extension is his MO, can he, under Canadian regulations request an additional extension or is Aug 12th a hard deadline?

I say Aug 12th because I read that in their extension request but the last 6k of Aug 4, and that MCTO don't mention a delivery date for the 10Q at all

If he misses Aug 12 does HIVE go into the Violation Zone?
I'm invested here but I´ll tell 'ya I'd be willing to see this ticker halted until they produce a 10Q. You think Frankie Boy is sitting in his multi-million dollar home fretting that he can't trade his HIVE holdings?

What the heck does On Behalf signify in this context?
Never seen a corporate officer's name in quotes before unless it´s a nickname in between the first and last. I thought at first it was an typo but it shows up everywhere now.
