Yeah, so I checked their filing dates for the last two years and sure as shite, just as you stated, they filed their annual reports for both years in late September, 2 months after the required filing date and 6 months after the close of the 4 quarter.
So for 3 years running they've been unable to meet the filing date.
Has it always been for the same lame reason? What a bunch of incompetent fools led by a used car salesman. Surely the Stooges from ACME Accounting Services, beep, beep, are burning the mid-night oil trying to understand all those numbers. Cheeses, the numbers have decimal parts as well. And the numbers are written in 5, count 'em 5 languages!!!! OH, this is so hard.
