Ahh yes I see, kind of like when neproxen became otc alleve? Hopefully they will release some new designs and sizes for variety. Could recovery RX be marketed to replace Allay at that point? I'm guessing from rumors that stronger versions are in development but not sure if they will be OTC or prescription only?

When was the last time an Eye Surgeon had the nerve to test this gizmo out on a patient?

In 2006 BIEL finally figured out Eye Surgeon's weren't going to use the gizmo so they began a new strategy thinking retail consumers were naive enough to use the worthless gizmo.

For obvious reasons The Holy Grail for me is having RecoveryRX covered under Medical Insurance.

We’ve all been looking for it and anticipating that to happen.

If that were to happen I could see the pps would easily pop into pennies over night.

That had been my working assumption.

A few questions come to mind..

1. What is the process to achieve that goal?

2. What is standing in the way of achieving that goal?

3. Has Biel / Kelly given up that goal and if so why?

As we all know Biel management is well versed in Clearing all kinds of regulatory hurdles
getting Medical Insurance for RecoveryRX should be a no brainer and relatively easy accomplishment imo..

Wouldn't BIEL placing RecoveryRx in North American stores for OTC sales be in violation of the KT licensing agreement?

I was thinking BIEL is aiming for OTC in hospital pharmacies. My local Kaiser has at least 2 pharmacies on prem and they carry all kinds of braces so it would be a natural fit. I even reached out to Kaiser to ask them to stock the Actipatch (prior to KT) and they stated that BIEL isn't an authorized merchant with them...

Would be a nice new channel though :)
