IMO, BIEL, or more likely an OEM Partner, may want to market RecoveryRx directly to patients. Many drugs started out as 'prescription only' and later brought out an OTC version.
It could produce an impressive advertising campaign,
'Non-Drug Pain Relief formerly only available by prescription now available OTC at your local drug store & online'.
One has to remember that unless you follow the BIEL message board most of the world, as in 99.999 percent, have no idea that RecoveryRx and ActiPatch share the same specifications.
