Actipatch and Recovery X are two different products. The licensing agreement between KT is only for the Actipatch.

IMO the contract would have specified no US ActiPatch sales

I don't think BIEL could have done the Independent Sales Rep promotion of RecoveryRx if it was a broader ban.

Kaiser would be an amazing customer for BIEL as they provide healthcare for 12.5 million people.
