Interim? Now CEO is resigning

And mj dispensary was supposed to open Dec 2020

RC got paid, and not a single new cafe signed.

The mj dispensary will not open this summer.
No pics of renovations
No .pdf of cannabis retail operator application

And, since it’s 6/30/21, it appears that FUNN has failed to file audits in a timely manner that would allow enough time for uplisting and selling of franchises
