It’s only disappointing from a ‘Rogen is a good guy and we like him’ make no mistake he was always an interim CEO. He knew that we all knew it. It’s a testament to how well he did during his time that has allowed us to begin the full scale industry CEO search. Tucson up, audit process going, dispensary opening soon, and a new executive resource Aaron, who has a ton of industry experience. I had conversation with Rogen early on what he planned to accomplish and what state he wants to company to be in during his interim CEO time. No one knew if this would be 6 months or 2 years but we knew was interim. So great job Rogen in quickly getting us to this place where we can move forward. Thank you.
