I heard SEC Deadline for applying for Sept2021 Uplisting is June 18th. What about that?~ Will there be an extension of that Date, or haven't you heard about that?

The "process" for what exactly?-- Applying for the Uplisting or Filing the last Quarter Disclosure? or for a "reverse merger", as someone has suggested-- for God-knows-whatever-reason, I haven't a clue.

They want the filings by June 30 so they can have the time to review and approve the tier changes before the Sept 28th compliance deadline, greatest buying Op in OTC history imo! What a no brainer buying stop sign and CE tickers when they start and/or complete filing requirements and then you know all the companies are going to play the game and release PR's all about new shit that will spike the price imo. I have been watching OTCmarkets.com news feed all during the trading days!
