Due the SEC recent strict regulation on filing requirements, thousands of OTC companies are trying to get filing done before the September 15 or so deadline. All of the sudden, audit firms are backed up with too many requests and completion of filing has probably slowed down a bit. Today, nobody here knows when it is done until it is done. Average time for getting one done was estimated between 5 to 7 months. Some OTC companies may not get it done before September. The SEC will have to give filing extension to these filers as long as they can show that they have initiated the process.

Your guess of predicting when it will get done is now as good as anyone else's guess. Nobody knows for sure. You can try to call the audit firm that Dr. Koos hired and find out. Someone here has already tried unsuccessfully.

One thing we know for sure is that the process has started and it will get done.

Patience is key!
