If I remember correctly hes going to Vietnam to meet with the government reps to finalize the deals on that 600 ha. Amongst other things. Money isnt moving quite yet.
The lux fund is active as of June 2020. The fund can accept money flowing in but Henry can't access the money to go out until he has audited financials posted. Henry has brokered deals and won two PPP projects already announced in the PR's that were posted. Those projects require a 20% cash holding with the Vietnam government in order to win the projects. More projects will come online over time upwards of 10billion per the information on a recent CC.
The revenue Henry will collect from projects was provided in the recent CC. Attached is the slide for revenue collection. What is not clearly understood in the 1+6% portion of the calculation. Some speculate the sub compartments doing the projects AKA sub companies will pay up to 6% as a fee. Others say it's Vietnam paying 6% for doing the project. Either way there is a 1.5% fee plus 6% from some where. 1billion in projects will generate upwards of $75mill revenue yearly is what is projected on the low end. Over time the projects will grow between 5-10billion as projects are won and money is allocated.
If anyone else wants to add feel free to do so. This is just one source of projects. This doesn't include Vinafilms, ADE or the Glidexcoin projects. We are aware based on research Vinafilms is projected to be producing upwards of 100mill in revenue yearly already.
Personally I think once all the current projects are reflective in the books correctly we will see revenues upwards of 100mill. This is why Henry is able to do the PPP projects off unaudited financials. The Vietnam Government knows more than we do. Remember unaudited have been done since the fund activated. Luxemburg saw the unaudited and felt it was enough to move forward on the fund activation. What did they see that we currently do not. That is the million dollar question.
