Asia is where all the moving and shaking is going to happen. Maybe in a few years this will be at those price predictions. If the Lux fund becomes “realized” could really go high this year.

I believe the Incentive Fee is 20% of each project's increased investment value that exceeds a 6% return over a negotiated period of time (probably annually).
