Sleven, As I understand it, formularies are normally reviewed and updated quarterly, bi-annually, or yearly but may be updated at any time, as deemed necessary. Maybe Aetna felt it was necessary to avoid infringement suit. I haven’t looked into the Aetna plans to confirm yet. FYI.
