HDG, This is the time of day I reserve for my alcoholism. To late to go searching. Since you went to the link I am sure you saw that the Aetna formulary is updated monthly. Do you agree that currently it would appear that aetna does not cover gv? I am running out of post's for the day. From what I can see 4 of the 5 major insurance formularies, as listed by captain beer, are not covering or unfavorable covering gv. If you feel a need to read the first formulary I saw let me know Tuesday and I will find it for you.
