Ralphey, I don't know either. I am starting to see a pattern emerging. Earlier today I looked at an Aetna formulary from January 2021. I saw coverage for gv. I just posted the March standard aetna formulary and I only see coverage for Vascepa and gl. What happened between January and March? I don't trust myself. History suggesting it is not a good idea. If you want to double check information is at bottom of page 49.
