Kiwi, I am not sure why HDG is unwilling to see the value of winning this lawsuit. You listened to the rehearing arguments the same as I did. I didn't hear anything that would lead me to believe that GSK wasn't going to win. According to 8, if GSK wins Amarin will win. I don't think any other generic would attempt to come to market after that.
