kiwi--you're 100% correct. Other generics will not try to compete even in the over 500 trig market b/b it is not worth the investment for an insubstantial profit/market.

The other generics will not enter b/c even if they are smarter than Hickma's management and don't make infringement statements--they cannot remove the cardio limitation (b/c that is induced infringement), and if they leave in the limitation then their product is not useable for cardiac benefit under 500 trigs. ( my emphasis )
