I am not sure why HDG is unwilling to see the value of winning this lawsuit.

It is not willing or unwilling ... meanwhile I do not say it will not have any benefit, I do not see (currently) as it will be a game changer.

I didn't hear anything that would lead me to believe that GSK wasn't going to win.

Agree ... but I do not see GSK winning as a guarantee for Amarin win (to avoid any doubt: I do not say Amarin will lose) ... and if Amarin will win I do not see (currently) it as it will be a game changer.
