If the SEC would just take out 3-4 at a time multiple times a week...it wouldn’t take long for the bubble to burst.

Don't forget the companies that have "working" but fake websites.

COWI comes directly to mind. The company has been defunct for several years, sunk by unpaid bills, adverse court judgements (including about 10 for unpaid taxes), and heavy toxic debt. They couldn't afford to file bankruptcy, so they turned their last operations over to one of the toxic lenders and disappeared. Their domain name expired, but some pumpers picked it up, slapped together a free website, and are touting it as the company's own proving the company is coming back. I have a feeling the website and current pump are the direct work of the toxic lender. That is right out of their current playbook.

3 more SEC suspensions - UNGS, PDPR, ABVG

https://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions/2021/34-91162.pdf

https://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions/2021/34-91161.pdf

https://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions/2021/34-91160.pdf

But these are notable because:

UNGS was a delinquent filer seeing price movement/social media pumping absent any any publicly available news or current information from the Company, but the Issuer still had a working website.

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=161878610

PDPR and ABVG were social media pumps being manipulated absent any available news or current information, but they were not SEC filers.

That opens the door for dozens of non-SEC reporting Issuers to get suspended if they are being pumped absent any recent news/public information.

I can think of a lot of very active pink sheet companies that have made no public disclosures in years that have been active pumps over the past few weeks (for example PTTN, MCET, MNGG, HPIL, HAON, AZFL, and literally dozens of others). Anybody trading a stock that has been getting pumped on social media without making any recent disclosures should consider being a little more cautious!

From your list, nodummy (lots more to follow): UNGS SEC Suspension "because of questions regarding the accuracy and adequacy of information in the marketplace about the Company and the market for its securities. Since late January 2021, UNGS’s share price and trading volume have increased in the absence of any publicly available news or current information from the Company, and certain social media accounts may be engaged in a coordinated attempt to artificially influence UNGS’s share price. UNGS is also delinquent in its periodic filings with the Commission, having not filed any required periodic reports since it filed a Form 10-Q in November 2019, for the period September 30, 2019."

Great list. Send it to the SEC and see what happens.

Looks like Michael D. Paley in New York of the Microcap task force is leading the current suspensions. His E-mail would be either PaleyM@sec.gov or PaleyMd@sec.gov.

Never hurts to try.

As I recognize a few tickers from your list, I know some of them are shells that are currently in the process of takeover with the aim to find a reverse merger partner by Custodian Ventures LLC / David Lazar, who has taken several shells to new owners already. Successfull or not, with offical 8-Ks filed at least some recent action is going on here around these tickers.

This would be at least the case for PFWIQ, OOGI and ESPIQ, maybe some more.

PFWIQ: https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/conv_pdf?id=14045445&guid=1J2aU6cuX_2HUth

OOGI: https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/conv_pdf?id=14716413&guid=052aUWlTqNzzUth

ESPIQ: https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/conv_pdf?id=14635874&guid=052aUWlTqNzzUth

All cases can be found at the Clark County Court website:

Conclusion: The old companies seem to be quite dead indeed, but there is still some (potential) life in these tickers.
