As I recognize a few tickers from your list, I know some of them are shells that are currently in the process of takeover with the aim to find a reverse merger partner by Custodian Ventures LLC / David Lazar, who has taken several shells to new owners already. Successfull or not, with offical 8-Ks filed at least some recent action is going on here around these tickers.

This would be at least the case for PFWIQ, OOGI and ESPIQ, maybe some more.

Conclusion: The old companies seem to be quite dead indeed, but there is still some (potential) life in these tickers.
