Trade, I was thinking the same thing, but as I looked at the wording and the last 10-Q, I started to assume that Dohan only audits things on a yearly basis and that GTE and the CPA's consult during the interim. Whatever consulting was done in the interim period did not contain any disagreements either. IMHO.

Ahhh, every GTEM filing or PR always seem to bring up plenty of discussion.

Outside accounting firms

have often been censured for applying lipstick and perfume on their supposed disinterested reports....sometimes at the implied or explicit request of the principals. Think about it. It's called job security.

Companies often use them as convenient scapegoats when the skeletons show up. :)
