You are probably right about this.

I still find the timing of Dohan's 'dismissal' just before having to look at year end books highly suspect. Seems that Dohan might have wanted to avoid any possible 'disagreements' about 2006 they might have with good ol' Globey.

correct. the 3 quarterly filings are not audited, the annual 10K is audited..the dates noted in 8k match the timeframe of Dohan's accountability.
