So now the outside accountant is the one to blame for all of GTEM's troubles?

I find this paragraph interesting:

"During the two years ended December 31, 2005 and the subsequent interim periods until the change, there were no disagreements with Dohan & Co. on any matter of
accounting principles or practices, [etc etc etc]"

Particularly the part where it states that there were no disagreements with Dohan during the two years ended December 31, 2005. Please correct me if I am wrong but Dohan was their certifying accountant through 2006 as well. This implies there were disagreements in 2006?

Another one of those fun subtle press releases.

"Q: What’s special about the lifting gas technology? . . . How long will it take for a Stratellite to reach cruising altitude?
A: The lifting gas technology is proprietary."
