Berman violated the Securities Industry regulations, when he was touting and personally misrepresenting DECN, without identifying himself as a Company insider. There is no limit to the number of times Berman can be cited for the violations. It comes as a bit of a shock, but the Teflon scammer, Keith Berman, has been silent in the name of self-preservation.
Just checking in with this stock, been awhile. I was not shocked to see it down below .02. I got out when it was .23 So many people were defending Berman's shady behavior. Is anyone still?
