Let's watch and see how long it takes Captain Con-garoo to speak to his believers... I mean shareholders, again! Day 14 and counting!

Its hard to imagine a scenario where making any sort of public declaration would do anything other than make matters worse for Berman, now. He probably should have 'taken the fifth' long before now!

Guess we just wait for the response to the indictment.

Another, and first, Covid scam brought down by the DOJ/SEC, the judge ordered the defendant not to communicate with shareholders as a condition of bail.

Probably the same here.

Berman violated the Securities Industry regulations, when he was touting and personally misrepresenting DECN, without identifying himself as a Company insider. There is no limit to the number of times Berman can be cited for the violations. It comes as a bit of a shock, but the Teflon scammer, Keith Berman, has been silent in the name of self-preservation.

From Investopedia:

Types of Securities Fraud

One of the newer types of securities fraud is Internet fraud. This type of scheme is also referred to as a "pump-and-dump" scheme, in which people use chat rooms and forums to spread false or fraudulent information concerning stocks. The intention is to force a price increase in those stocks—the pump, and then once the price reaches a certain level, they sell them off—the dump.

Sound familiar???

Just checking in with this stock, been awhile. I was not shocked to see it down below .02. I got out when it was .23 So many people were defending Berman's shady behavior. Is anyone still?
