Berman Blackout, Day 14! Is Berman actually listening to his lawyers advice, for once?

We know that throughout the last year, not matter what the SEC did or said, BBB (Big Belly Berman), would rant and rave with his side of the story, lashing out at those that dare call him out, even towards the SEC.

And, throughout November/mid December, there was a PR roughly every week!

But alas, now, we have gone 14 days without hearing from our formerly fearless evil "friend"! I'd bet, for the first time, he has an attorney who made it clear to him, "if you want me to defend you, you have to first stop digging this hole deeper! Stop the bull PRs!"

Let's watch and see how long it takes Captain Con-garoo to speak to his believers... I mean shareholders, again! Day 14 and counting!
