#94140 RE: rawman #94138

Well, hoping he still can do corporate PR. Posting his "PLEASE POST PROOF POSITIVE" posts on message boards is not the only way he communicates with his shareholders. The days of message board postings are gone for sure. But, I would be surprised if there are no more DECN PRs. At least, he can fall back on the "great" 3rd rate diabetes products and PR them.

I would think a denial of charges (more detail than to date) PR will be coming soon, complete with 2 or 3 of his typical emotional, rally the troops, thesaurus words that impress his shareholders. This will bring out the usual cricket gang to the various message boards, if it rallies even only a penny!

I will be very sad if we don't have the opportunity to pick apart any more of his PRs, and watch them be misinterpreted (just as he intended) by shareholders.

The justice process takes time. Hoping we have more months of fun here. Slow destruction is a lot more fun that quick destruction.

I think the guy just had a larger than life ego. So glad I never spoke with him

I get it, but to me what he did on the message boards pales in comparison to the PRs implying that the tests would/did work. Beside him just being his ahole self, ridiculously challenging any critical post, for "proof positive", his postings were mild compared to what the other arrested CEO did. (I'm not defending Berman. Read the docs on the other case, and you'll see what I mean).

I didn't just reread all Berman's posts right now, but what were his worst posts? Yes, intimidation, threats, but he really didn't post information that wasn't in PRs already, with only a few exceptions.

One of his posts I did forward to the SEC was when he challenged me saying "well if they posted their test results, would that change your mind"? (paraphrasing). I didn't bite, knowing the test results would be partial and meaningless. Until that point, the idea of posting test results was never discussed before by DECNers. Just a few days later, voila, DECN PRed that test results would be available to those that give Berman information, through a password. I said to the SEC, either this is Berman posting to me, or it is someone getting inside information from Berman, in advance, and likely trading on it. (yes, Keith, you can thank me for that!)

So, besides threats, what 2 or 3 posts would you reference as the most blatant Berman post/pumps, that weren't repeats of information in prior PRs?
