there is always a risk on everything in life, i get that.

CBBT has been working on a lot of stuff behind the scenes and been very strategic in what they do, that said

I Would think that they have it covered, so that CBBT's Acquisition of PKG Inc., Will go on without a hitch.

I would think that the SEC would see that once CBBT gets the oldest past due filed the 10K, that it would be a total waste of time to pursue further, and once the oldest past due quarterly gest filed, even more so.

there are others out there 3 and 4 years old heck I know one that's 11 yrs past due, why bother a company working on getting current.
