I agree with all of that but there is still a risk of suspension and I think this merger is possibly one of the biggest and best on the OTC for the year, am invested, and really don't want to see it fall through on a preventable suspension. If we all share this concern maybe the company will put out the oldest 10k sooner. From experience it seems like filings delinquent over a year are the biggest risk so if they put out the 10k hopefully we're safe then!

I was in a L@HO last year when suspended my shares were worth $160k and instantly were worth nothing. Company said the SEC had sent a letter to an old company address or something. They are very trigger happy on suspensions, destroying investors and claiming to be protecting investors
