I get that, but it is still a risk until they get current... I'm sure most that are in a stock that gets suspended weren't that worried until they woke up to a suspension
And it seems to commonly be when a merger is happening with a delinquent filing company .. I think this one is legit too but there is still a risk. Hopefully there is dialogue behind the scenes here between the company lawyers and the SEC as it seems like most suspensions happen when the SEC sends a letter to a company and doesn't get a response...
