Wyoming has set itself apart with fair business laws, which has made it a destination to form companies. Big Money out there. Delaware was the old standard (and still used often) but now Wyoming and Nevada and many other states have been doing great jobs of creating more business friendly environments so all can prosper.
I want to say brezlin got wind of the incorp. registration of ENZC, I believe, was changed from "a Delaware corp." to that of a Wyoming Corp, and the taxes paid to Wyoming. . .a message on this today this morning. Who else saw the message? Not really aware of this significance.
