After FDA approval dec. 2019 - nobody really considered the patent case a threat.

And today - what to say? After so' so' much debate - the company 'killed again' in minutes by US Legal system.

When the most experienced Law people - talks about a disaster' - it is hard to believe in 'a miracle' ruling from CAFC.

Many have to 'sleep' in the bed' - they thought was 'great investment'.

A sad day for Amarin and shareholders - and for CDV patients in US - if this is where it ends in USA.
