Marjac,

Based on only Dye asking Singer questions on the Novo Case and just kept wanting more information from Singer why are we supposed to think Dye has ignored all of the procedural and factual errors Du made during the District level trial that was included in filed briefs?

Also since the other 2 Judges did not really ask many questions other than maybe 1 or 2 to Singer but not really drilling him why are to conclude they are siding with the generics based on the Briefs files and reviewed?

I find it interesting everyone is freaking out over Dye asking all of the questions about novo to Singer.
