We also know the top 100 responding patients in the vaccine trial are cancer free at 5 years or greater.

No, we know the top 100 have a mOS from surgery.

alexander77,

I am pretty sure it is the median of the top 100 patients is potentially closing in on about 5 years. That is still very good. Best wishes.

We also know the top 100 responding patients in the vaccine trial are cancer free at 5 years or greater. We don’t know who was on what.

The 2018 SNO update estimated the medium OS of the top 100 patients to be 58.4 months. That means that only 50 of the 100 patients would be alive at 58.4 months and no estimate was made as to how many of the 50 would be cancer free when they arrive at the that 58.4 months timeline.

I am estimating that perhaps 55-60 patients will survive 5(+) years but some of them will no longer be PFS when they arrive at the 5 year timeline.
