Impossible to exaggerate importance of this ruling for Bio World going forward in USA.

Does anyone 'dare to put money into research and expensive trials in the future controlled by FDA and US (liberal) Legal Courts - or will Bio World - 'BP' - in the future move 100% of research and development of new drugs to India and China.
