I expect we rise over $10 leading up to the argument on sept 2. Then she will either scream up that Day and the next or take an undeserved pummeling. The company SP will be higher than today with EU entry. Evaporate etc....

Well, Jasbg, I didn't see too many in Bio World come to Amarin's defense with any Amicus briefs. Of course they may not have been of much value as judges often discount or even completely ignorance briefs with a vested interest like that.

NO question Amarin got screwed but let's face it, most drugs probably have stronger IP.

That is why I was expecting more than 2 amicus briefs in our favor. But instead it was crickets

Does anyone 'dare to put money into research and expensive trials in the future controlled by FDA and US (liberal) Legal Courts - or will Bio World - 'BP' - in the future move 100% of research and development of new drugs to India and China.
