It is difficult for me to believe that NWBO has been issuing estimates of ever shorter times to DL while desperately searching for lost or misplaced items. If such items were indeed lost or misplaced, the sequential updates should have indicated ever longer intervals to DL instead of the ever shorter intervals announced.

It is difficult for you to believe that NWBO would make forward looking estimates that were unreasonable?

2011: Results by 2013/14
2014: Results by early 2016 (and an IA in mid 2014)
2017: Waiting for events to start the 4 multi month processes.
2017: Only 2more events for above
2018: Well, we are still waiting but don't know on what.
2018: All systems go for the 4 multi month steps till TLD
2019: Chirp. Chirp. Chirp.
2020/ASM: Expect DL around 5/30. TLD around 6/30
2020/Update-1: DL mid June,but might be soft. No TLD estimate
2020/Update-2: DL early July, sounds like soft. Still no TLD estimate

And that is without going back to the 2008 faux approval.

Fairly easy for me to believe LP will play games with forward lookign statements.

Really? You have been following NWBO for years. When have their estimates ever been spot on?

But you are right.
NWBO's estimates where off-track first measured in years (the halt, and the OS), then in multi months as they called it for the SAP, then from the ASM in weeks due to COVID delay, after that in the June 2 PR and 10K the delay was announced in days...

So Im sure in the next PR the delay will be announced in hours lol ;-)

NWBOnis not collecting the info and has no ability likely to see directly what is going on. It’s a third-party contractor talking to hospitals full of COVID19 patients where staff stopped coming in or were transferred to emergency coverage ... to assume someone lied is typical of shorts here but can’t sustain any real review.
