I agree anders. It’s very difficult to imagine having Cofer Black on board and him allowing such a disarray as he is staving off nefarious attacks. He was the Directorate of Operations at the Central Intelligence Agency and Director of the CIA's Counterterrorist Center. It doesn’t make any sense and would never happen. However, as smart people think they are, he’s smarter and does not fail. One thing I can guarantee, whatever he has coordinated to lawfully protect the company, no one will see coming store.

If they're looking for missing data, the question might be, even if the patient died some time ago, can they extract the data from samples taken from the patient while alive that should be preserved by the clinician.

This has been a very long trial, it's possible that some of the clinicians who initiated the trial may have left the agency they were working with when the patient was treated. That could certainly complicate matters.

I believe we're getting close. While the company may not know all the details about what's needed, I believe they would be given assurances by those doing the work as to when they believed it would be done. Each succeeding estimate has been shorter, though each extended the time slightly. If it's not Monday, I believe the odds are good that it happens next week.

I forget who, but someone indicated that trials frequently are locked with something missing, and that's just how it ends. If you have 99% of what you want, I believe you can still reach a proper conclusion, and I doubt if more than 1% of what they want can't be found.

Estimates are estimates for a good reason. They are educated projections at a current time of what is going to happen in the future and how long each step and what dependencies and impacts other tasks and events are going to come into play. Some tasks and events are internal and you can have more control or influence on, and others are external, etc..

Project plans sometimes change based on what actually is happening.

I’m sure many people here have had direct experience in projects, including home projects.

S__t happens, might be a familiar refrain.

Ok, some are better at planning and estimating than others and some projects are more complex.

A first of a kind trial where even the FDA is learning along the way, and involving a tiny company that was an easy target for unfriendly interests, and not flush with cash, and we hold this company to our strict interpretation of their steps and milestones?

It’s quite an accomplishment to get across the finish line at all, and no doubt shareholders have been slighted along the way and strung along some to keep things going. How many of us would still be here if we thought the trial would be 10 years+ long. NWBO probably didn’t think it would be that long either when the trial was launched.

Anyway it is what it is, and what it has been. The success or failure of this trial is imminent and we all believe the shareholder outcome will be binary, whether a number of days or weeks longer. Success should be very rewarding and failure wipes this investment out.

Each one of us have to make our best decisions for our individual situation. I decided a number of years ago that I’d stick it out to the end, and celebrate or accept the losses unless it was clear the science wouldn’t be good enough.
