Some on this board have been indicating that perhaps some of the records or other items (i.e. slides) were lost or misplaced and we therefore may wait, weeks, months or forever for DL.

In that case, the recent multiple updating by NWBO of ever shorter times to DL would have been at the very least unethical because the company would not have been be able to estimate when the lost or misplaced material would be located. They should have therefore stated in their updates that they cannot predict when DL will be reached.

It is difficult for me to believe that NWBO has been issuing estimates of ever shorter times to DL while desperately searching for lost or misplaced items. If such items were indeed lost or misplaced, the sequential updates should have indicated ever longer intervals to DL instead of the ever shorter intervals announced.

I therefore believe that with all the queries answered, the missing items consist mostly of stuff such as slides that perhaps pertain to the IDH mutation work. I am hoping that the locations of the items is known and that the delay in retrieving them is due to the transport slowdown during this pandemic. I am hoping for DL ASAP.
