Yep Kiwi I did mention that on the positive side having a biggie like Apotex might override the reduced profits by just getting a royalty. We would have to see how it shakes out.

Meant to add that come 2022 (assuming an appeal loss) Amarin had better cut loose all those reps and cut expenses to the bone.

Kiwi. Hope you guys are good out West as I have a negative update here in Florida. Apple just announced it is shutting down its stores here again and another big day for increase in cases.

Wha@ The knowledge in this place (and analyzing of market situations) - never cease to amaze me.
----------------------

Quite honestly - I did not know that Apotex is a 'Major Player' in generic medicine world. And of course this 'completely change the valuation of Amarin Settling with this company.
---------------------------

Reading Whalatane post here - AGAIN - remind me' not to involve myself in Medical Subjects - that I know 'way to little about' :)

NB. Whalatane's input is most likely EXACTLY what the deal with Amarin is about.

Substitute "Apotex" with "Hikma and DRL" - Apotex is no longer a threat after settling with AMRN to delay until 2029 - did you miss that news or is it a statin caused memory issue? :>)
