Substitute "Apotex" with "Hikma and DRL" - Apotex is no longer a threat after settling with AMRN to delay until 2029 - did you miss that news or is it a statin caused memory issue?

Apotex - like any generics - is no longer a threat until 2029 IN CASE OF THE APPEAL WIN. In case of loss, they could launch after the 180-days exclusivity of the first ANDA will expire.
