and voted NO to all 5 items for each of the 3 proxies

STS- I would love to get Bakers Bro’s opinion on reasons why no settlement was reached. From there it could give direction with what actions to take...if any. My major issue with Amarin is they are pretending to want to be a pharma company while they wait for a big offer from big pharma; this attitude poisoned settlement.
