Thnx for the reply - guess I need to get on the horn with TDA Monday to see where my missing 2nd proxy vote is - I also find it odd that Ally Invest hasn't sent me an email yet - usually when companies use that internet proxy vote company (there's only one big one AFAIK) they send out emails to all shareholders at the same time, not in dribs and drabs (individual brokers).
