Appreciate the response but here it is directly from the 10Q:

On April 10, 2020, the board of directors of Verb Technology Company, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), approved management’s COVID-19 Full Employment and Cash Preservation Plan (the “Plan”), pursuant to which all directors and senior level management would reduce their cash compensation by 25%, and all other employees and consultants would reduce their cash compensation by 20% (the “Cash Reduction Amount”) for a period of three months from April 16, 2020 through July 15, 2020 for one category of plan participants, and April 26, 2020 through July 18, 2020 for the other category of participants. The Plan was designed to promote the continued growth of the Company and avoid the lay-offs and staff cut-backs experienced by many companies affected by the COVID-19 economic crisis. The Cash Reduction Amount is to be paid in shares of the Company’s common stock (the “Shares”) through an allocation of shares from the Company’s 2019 Omnibus Incentive Plan (the “Omnibus Incentive Plan”) and granted pursuant to stock award agreements entered into effective as of April 10, 2020 (the “Grant Date”) between the Company and each of the Company’s directors, executive officers, employees, and consultants.

Appreciate the insight Hooter.

Folks who have been successful will understand this - but failure is a key component of success. Through failure we learn and grow.

I don’t think anyone hates Rory or thinks he’s a bad person. I think many are disappointed that after the up list to NASDAQ things changed with communications to investors, timelines, pivots etc. In other words VERB seems a bit disjointed and chaotic and none of us know what’s going on really.

Dennis McMurray is gone.
Tal Golan gone.
Who is occupying the new Newport Beach Office? I’m not sure how many employees are working from that location anymore. And rent will be increasing by $31,000 per month soon.

Why did we decide to try and monetize non digital revenue now? That was a business Rory wanted to shed because of really low margins and we have been watching revenues drop for quarter after quarter because we are shedding it. Now we see a new company taking it over? Who are they?

There’s just a ton of unanswered questions that investors are scratching their heads over.

I agree...

I like Rory, why? He's smart, a hard worker and passionate about his work. But, it's not all about him, it's the concept of Verb's business model that gets me going. This thing has more potential than baby Clark Kent.

Rory is like a community organiser of the business world, taking a business concept and putting a team together that understands it and knows how to develope and monetize it. It's not all about Rory anymore, it's about Verb.

I am not a fan of Rorys performance in the past but I actually do believe the team has hit some good milestones and overall I think its not just Rory calling the shots anymore....
