#164891 RE: CUIN2 #164888

I finally had some time tonight to listen to the call, again I have been considering getting some stocks on the company, and thought what better time to do it than while the price is down.

My wife has used the apps from SoundConcepts for some time for her MLM endeavors and has a close relationship with some of the people in the Utah team.

Rory mentioned that they are really proud of one stat: digital revenue keeps growing and growing, and I have to agree with him, that is a great number and it shows the company moving in the right direction.

Most of that revenue comes from the apps they are selling and putting out, as they have no other products on the market in the digital category that I know of.

Imagine my surprise when my wife comes, while I was listening to the call, and says she just heard they fired Brycen Rinehart, the person in charge of those apps and who took them to market.

Why would Rory fire the person in charge of the only product creating revenue?

These kinds of decisions are just illogical and give anybody pause about the management of the company.

Of course, they will probably say it was a mutual decision, but why would Brycen leave a company he helped create and worked in for 10 years, it just doesn't make any sense.

Just my opinion, and I truly hope I am wrong.

Range Printing, if it is the same company Verb references, is based out of Minnesota

Again, with all the new clients, and former SC clients, it seems like this could be a nice growth vehicle.

As I posted previously, I get it that it was not a “sexy” high margin biz, but why not spin it off and keep a big percent of the biz, rather than let the fulfillment biz deteriorate and then give it to a 3rd party.

Notice Rory did not say what the revenue split would be.

In reality, Rory paid $20 million for SC, for relationships that yielded what? $1-2 million of digital revs per year?
